Our system runs a report at the end of each day to generate the paper, phone, text, and email notices about available holds.

If you log in to your library account, you may see your hold arrived at your pickup branch on the very day that it arrived, but the system has not yet created the notices.

Here are a couple of other possibilities:

  • Make sure that is a safe sender on your email or add that address to your contact list.
  • If your email address has changed, go to the Email Registration form and register your new address. If you receive holds notices via text message, be sure to use the Text (SMS) Notification with Email form for your updates.
  • If you are supposed to receive phone or text notification, your phone number may be incorrect. Please call your branch to correct it.
  • If you receive paper notification, it may not have arrived yet.
