Our system runs a report at the end of each day to generate the paper and email notices about available holds.

If you log in to your library account, you may see your hold arrived at your pickup branch on the very day that it arrived, but the system has not yet created the notices.

Here are a couple of other possibilities:

  • Make sure that is a safe sender on your email or add that address to your contact list.
  • If your email address has changed, go to the Email Registration form and register your new address.  Be sure to reply to the confirmation email that you should receive within 48 hours.
