Customers may not borrow items, renew items, place holds, or use the libraries' Internet computers when their overdues and fines reach $25.00 or more.

In addition, library cards expire annually.  If your account expires, you will not be able to use the library's computers, check out materials, place holds, or renew items beyond the card's expiration date.  To renew the account, you must pay all outstanding fines or fees.
