I need to change the pick-up library for my holds? What should I do?
To change pick-up locations for holds that are not yet available:
- Log in to My Account.
- Choose Review My Account. The bottom half of the screen displays your holds.
- Click on Edit Hold next to the title for which you would like to change the pick up location. Or you can Edit All Holds.
- Choose the new pick-up location from the drop-down and click Edit Hold.
- If you would like assistance, any staff member can help you with this. You can call Ask-a-Librarian at 240-777-0001, or email email@example.com with your name, card number, the title, and the new pick-up branch.
To change pick-up locations for holds that are available:
- Please call the branch where your hold is waiting for you. A staff member can transfer the item for you to another branch.
