Are there regular downtimes when the library catalog and accessing the library catalog and accounts cannot be accessed?

Answer

Access to MCPL's catalog, your account information, and our online resources is temporarily unavailable at these times:

  • For about 15 minutes every morning, usually sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m, when our server is reset. 
  • On Sundays between 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., when we perform routine maintenance on our systems.

If you receive a “Page Not Found” or “Unavailable” message when trying to reach the catalog, your account, or our online resources, please try back at a later time.

For unplanned or more extensive outages, we post a notice on our home page.
